New Concept Self Development Center, Inc. has been providing youth and family social services to under-served low-income African American families since 1975. The majority of these families live in the neighborhoods near the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center on 15th and Vliet Street in Milwaukee, WI. Median income of this highly vulnerable population ranges from less than $25,000 to $35,000.
