Heart of Canal Street has raised nearly $17 million for hundreds of area children’s charities since 1994. The program honors the Potawatomi tradition of nurturing younger generations so they grow to lead healthy, productive lives. It is with much appreciation for their generosity, New Concept thanks the Jewish Women's Endowment of the Jewish Community Foundation for supporting the Each One Reach One program. Their grant in the amount of $5,000 will be used to support Client Support services, including special events, transportation, community resources, and program incentives.
