• Served 4,654 customers
• Made 2,861home visits
• Community mentors provided more than 1,150 hours of service to youth and their families
• Made more than 4,949 collateral contacts on behalf of our customers
• Provided 553 in-school prevention educations sessions for 1,226 youth
• Provided 1,726 individual/family counseling sessions and 758 group sessions
• Provided 1,794 youth and adults with in-home prevention education sessions lead by their peers
• Provided intensive case management services to 31 adults who are HIV positive
• Verified school enrollment of 441 students
• Had over 2,317 contacts with youth focusing on prevention of school drop out and juvenile delinquency
• Assisted 465 fathers via 1,002 job readiness, parenting skills, and anger management sessions
• Graduated 106 adults from parenting skills classes
• 791 adults males received case management services and assistance with Child Support issues
• 77 fathers found employment at the George Sanders Father’s Family Resource Center
• Provided 105 healthy relationship educational sessions to 959 teens
• 257 individuals completed the driver’s education class and obtained a driver’s permit
• Educated 136 parents and their children about ways to prevent obesity through increased physical activity and healthier eating
Prevented incarceration or re-arrest of 122 First Time Juvenile Offenders
Saved our community more than 11.9 million in 2008…
It costs more than $97,820 per year to incarcerate just one youth!
