New Concept Self Development Center, Inc.

New Concept Self Development Center, Inc. is a private non-profit comprehensive human services agency. Founded in 1975 and since inception it has been governed by co-founder, June Perry.  Ms. Perry retired July 2006 and passed the baton to Ms. Vanessa Key as the Chief Executive Officer. Over the past 20 years Vanessa Key has served in a multitude of capacities for New Concept which attributed to her taking on the role as the CEO/President.  Ms. Key is a native of Milwaukee and has a Bachelor degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Social Work and a Masters of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
